ASSOCIATION

 

2023 Quarterly Association Dues: $275.00

 

Homeowners Association Dues cover the following services:

1. Lawn Mowing & Landscape - Includes all lawn mowing of all homes, limited and common areas and mulching only of beds around homes

2. Snow Removal - Includes public walkways, alleyways and streets.

3. Common Area Maintenance - Includes street lights, storm water facilities, alleyways, structures (recreational, park benches, etc.), mowing, edging, lawn treatments, mulching, trimming, pruning, plant/tree replacements, maintenance of flower beds and fall clean up.

4. Insurance on Common Area - Summerfield has many common areas throughout the neighborhood that are insured under an Association Insurance Policy.

5. Street Lights - Street lights will be added street by street after all units have been completed in that phase.
